Our Prep Orientation Session will be held on
Wednesday 21st November, 2018 from 9:30 – 10:30am. It is an
expectation that prep students attending PLSS in 2019 attend the orientation
session.
Park Lake State School will be holding a General Enrolment Information Session for new enrolments commencing in 2019 on Thursday 15th November, 2018 from 5:00 – 6:00pm. This session is for families who currently do not have a child attending Park Lake State School. Of course, current families are most welcome to attend if you would like to.

or by phoning 5519 5200. If replying by email please provide both your name and
your child’s name and the number of adults who will be attending the General
Information Session AND/OR the Prep Orientation Session.
Enrolment Applications are now being accepted. Our office is
open from 8:00am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday during the school term. Should you
wish to bring documents on the day of your selected session times please allow
extra time for processing at the office as it can be extremely busy and there may
be a lengthy wait whilst your paperwork is checked.

- 2 Proof of Residence i.e. Current Rates
Notice/ Lease Agreement + Utilities Account. A lease agreement must be
current up until 31st December 2018 at a minimum.
