Enrolment application
The School Enrolment Management Plan outlines the criteria for enrolment in the school.
To enrol at the school, please complete the Application for student enrolment (PDF, 765KB).
The completed application should be mailed to the school with the following documentation:

certified copy of the student’s birth certificate

Two
pieces of evidence to prove residency: If an owner this needs to be – A
utilities a/c (telephone or electricity) and a rates notice
·
If
a new land purchaser/house purchaser – A copy of your signed contract and a
Statutory Declaration stating that you will be a occupying the house for a
minimum of 6 months
·
If
a renter – A utilities a/c (telephone or electricity) and a copy of your signed
lease agreement which must be for a period of 6 months minimum
·
If
you have any other living situations please enquire as to the required proof of
residency
